At ResumeAgent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our service delivers AI-generated content immediately upon use, refund eligibility depends on whether the service has been consumed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Unused purchases: If you purchased a plan but have not used any tailoring credits or generated any content, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Starter Pack ($9.99): Eligible for a full refund if none of the 5 tailoring credits have been used. Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit packs.
  • Job Hunt Pass ($29.99): Eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no tailoring, cover letter, or scan services have been used. After 48 hours or any usage, refunds are not available.
  • Pro ($49.99): Eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no services have been used. After 48 hours or any usage, refunds are not available.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Any tailoring, cover letter generation, LinkedIn optimization, or AI scan has been performed on your account after purchase.
  • The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • The account has been flagged for abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at our contact page with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Your purchase date and plan type.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service (e.g., AI service outage, processing errors), please contact us. We will either resolve the issue, provide equivalent service credits, or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
